REGULATIONS:
1. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
This form serves as registration as a PARTICIPATING MEMBER of Evoé - Cultural Association. The registration becomes valid upon confirmation of payment of the registration fee and shall remain valid until the end of the activity.
1.2 By registering, the participant fully acknowledges these regulations and agrees to pay 2 installments totaling €135.
1.3 The student or their legal guardian agrees to inform of any health condition that may prevent participation or require special attention during physical activities.
2. PAYMENTS
2.1 The first installment is due at the time of registration, and the second installment must be paid by the 5th of June. After this date, a €5 late fee will be charged.
2.2 Payments are made via MBWay, Multibanco Reference, or Payshop. Payment reminders are sent through the socios.online platform (it is recommended to add the email referreply@socios.online to your contact list to prevent messages from being marked as SPAM).
3. ATTENDANCE POLICY, SCHEDULES, AND CERTIFICATION
3.1 Participation certificates will be awarded to students who attend more than 75% of classes (from the start of registration until the end of the course) and who take part in the final performances.
3.2 The certificate is issued free of charge if requested within six months after the activity ends. After that period, an issuance fee will be charged; the amount is available upon request at the secretariat.
4. OPERATING RULES
Smoking is prohibited throughout the school premises.
4.1 Entry into classrooms is only permitted with appropriate footwear or barefoot.
4.2 Evoé reserves the right to use images (photos/videos) captured in pedagogical or artistic contexts for institutional promotion.
4.3 Any complaints or grievances must be sent to the management via email at evoe@evoe.pt, preferably including a description or record of the situation and a justified proposed resolution. The management of Evoé – Escola de Actores undertakes to respond within a maximum of fifteen days.
REGULAMENTO:
1. INSCRIÇÃO ASSOCIATIVA Este formulário serve de inscrição como SÓCIO PARTICIPANTE na Evoé - Associação Cultural e a inscrição fica válida após confirmação de pagamento da inscrição e que terá sua validade até ao termino da atividade.
1.2 Com o ato de inscrição, fica implícito o conhecimento integral deste regulamento e a obrigatoriedade do pagamento de 2 quotas no valor de 135€
1.3 O aluno ou o encarregado de educação compromete-se a informar sobre qualquer condição de saúde que impeça a participação ou requeira atenção especial durante a prática da atividade física.
2. PAGAMENTOS
2.1 A primeira quota será paga no ato da inscrição e a segunda quota até o dia 5 do mês junho, após esta data será cobrada uma multa de 5€.
2.2 Os pagamentos são efetuados através de MBWay, Referência Multibanco e Payshop. Os avisos de cobrança são enviados pela plataforma socios.online (recomenda-se adicionar o email referreply@socios.online à lista de contatos para evitar que as mensagens sejam classificadas como SPAM).
3. REGIME DE FREQUÊNCIA, HORÁRIOS E CREDITAÇÕES
3.1 Serão atribuídos certificados de participação aos alunos que frequentarem mais de 75% das aulas (do início da inscrição até ao término do curso) e que participarem nos espetáculos finais. 3.2 A entrega do certificado é gratuita se solicitada até seis meses após o fim da atividade. Após esse prazo, será cobrada uma taxa de emissão, cujo valor está disponível para consulta na secretaria.
4. NORMAS DE FUNCIONAMENTO
É proibido fumar em todas as instalações da escola.
4.1 Só é permitida a entrada nas salas de aula com calçado adequado, ou descalço.
4.2 A Evoé reserva-se o direito de utilizar imagens (fotos/vídeos) captadas em contextos pedagógicos ou artísticos para divulgação institucional.
4.3. Qualquer queixa e/ou reclamação deverão ser enviadas à direção através do email evoe@evoe.pt contendo preferencialmente a descrição ou registo da situação e uma possível resolução fundamentada. A direção da Evoé – Escola de Actores compromete-se a responder num prazo máximo de quinze dias.
