REGULATIONS

1. REGISTRATION

This form serves as registration and becomes valid upon confirmation of payment of the registration fee.
1.1 Any adult may register for the association’s activities. For minors, authorization from a legal guardian is required, and the guardian must also sign these regulations.
1.2 By registering, the participant implicitly acknowledges full understanding of these regulations and agrees to pay the stipulated monthly fees from the registration date until the end of the activity.
1.3 The student or legal guardian must disclose any health conditions that may prevent participation or require special attention during physical activities.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 MONTHLY FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH. A €5 (FIVE EURO) LATE FEE WILL APPLY FOR PAYMENTS MADE FROM THE 6TH ONWARD.
2.2 Payments can be made via MBWay, Multibanco Reference, or Payshop. Payment reminders are sent through the socios.online platform (it is recommended to add referreply@socios.online to your contacts to avoid emails being marked as SPAM).
2.3 It is the student’s responsibility to keep monthly fees up to date. If a payment notification is not received via email, payment must be made through the Member Area, accessible at: www.evoe.pt/area-socio/.
2.4 Students with overdue payments for more than one month may only attend classes with authorization from the administration.
2.5 Months including holiday periods (Christmas, Carnival, and Easter) must be paid in full.
2.6 Monthly fees are mandatory, regardless of class attendance.
2.7 Participants wishing to withdraw from the course must complete a cancellation form, requested via email at evoe@evoe.pt.
2.8 Cancellation must be submitted by the 20th of the month prior to discontinuation, requiring payment of the current month’s fee plus a €35 cancellation fee.
2.9 If cancellation occurs after the 20th, the following will be charged:

1. The current month’s fee;

2. The €35 cancellation fee;

3. The following month’s fee.

3. ATTENDANCE, SCHEDULES, AND CREDITS

3.1 Participation certificates will be awarded to students who:

• Attend over 75% of classes (from registration until course completion);

• Participate in the final performances.
  Certificates are free if requested within six months of the activity’s end. After this period, an issuance fee (available at the office) will apply.
  3.2 No certificate will be issued to participants who cancel before the course ends.
  3.3 Students with overdue payments forfeit the right to receive documents or certificates.
  3.4 If the main instructor is unavailable, classes will be taught by guest instructors appointed by the Pedagogical Coordination team.
  3.5 Temporary schedule changes will be discussed with students in advance.
  3.6 Study visits or location changes will be communicated ahead of time.
  3.7 Schedules may be adjusted for pedagogical or administrative reasons, with prior notice.

4. ACADEMIC CALENDAR

4.1 Evoé – Acting School follows the academic year calendar, available for consultation on-site.
4.2 No classes will be held on national or municipal holidays.

5. OPERATIONAL RULES

5.1 Smoking is prohibited in all school facilities.
5.2 Only appropriate footwear or bare feet are allowed in classrooms.
5.3 Participants are responsible for any material damage caused to facilities or equipment.
5.4 The school is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
5.5 Evoé reserves the right to use images (photos/videos) taken during pedagogical or artistic activities for institutional promotion.
5.6 Complaints and/or grievances must be submitted to the administration via evoe@evoe.pt, preferably including:

• A description or record of the issue;

• A proposed, justified resolution.
  The administration commits to responding within 15 days maximum.
